You agree to pay subscription fees and overage charges as published on our website.

Update billing methods.

If changes affect an active subscription, we’ll provide reasonable notice (normally 14 days).
Payments are non-refundable except as required by law.

7. Free Trials & Promotions

Free or promotional trials may be withdrawn or modified at our discretion.
Multiple trial sign-ups by the same business are not permitted.

8. Call Handling & Data

Our AI receptionist may record, transcribe, or summarise calls to deliver the service.
By using our Services, you confirm you have caller consent where required.

We are not liable for errors or failed calls caused by third-party systems, integrations, or network issues.

9. Service Availability

We aim for 24/7 availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Downtime may occur due to maintenance, network faults, or third-party outages.
We will take reasonable steps to restore functionality promptly.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including loss of profit, data, or business opportunity.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Services in the preceding three (3) months.

We are not responsible for any failure or delay in performing our obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, flood, fire, power outage, network failure, war, strike, labour disputes, pandemics, or government restrictions.
Where such events occur, obligations are suspended for the duration of the event.
